I have an issue with the web but I dont receive the email from WP

    I changed two plugins, Thrive and Polylang, I cannot update any article in the web. The message appearing is: Ha habido un error crítico en tu web. Por favor, revisa el buzón del correo electrónico de administración de tu sitio para instrucciones.

    But the email displayed in settings in the web is not receiving any, how should I know which email address is getting the email from WP?

    Hi there,

    The “error crítico” or “critical error” message is usually caused by a plugin conflict.

    You can log into the /wp-admin/ Dashboard and disable the plugins that are causing the error. Once they are disabled, everything should work again!

    https://wpml.org/ is good plugin for multi-lanuage sites.

    You can see your Administration Email Address in Dashboard > Settings > >General
