I have an unauthorized charge from wpchrg.com on my credit card.

  Hello i have on, my credit card statement has shown that there is a bill from WPCHRG.COM WPCHRG.COM for 299USD but i use all plugin free the data was 21/08/17 .

  Kindly what is it .

  To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.

  How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

  Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  thanks in advance,i check out on my wordpress website and i did not have any plugin or service connected to my credit card …in fact i did not save my credit card of wordpress (means i never used it )…i went to billing History but no records as i went to this link https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and i fill the form to recognise my transaction but not result ….
