  Have you checked here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  If that doesn’t help, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.

  I’m not seeing any upgrade purchases associated with the account you are posting from. Could you have a second WordPress.com user account? do you remember any WordPress.com sites you have worked on in the past?

  A €13 charge is probably for Domain Mapping. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  Nope, I have not any other account. I only have this website and no more. So I can’t understand that charge.

  If you click that “contact support” button on wpchrg, the store team will contact you via email and try to help you out tracking down the payment. We typically need more info than we can share in a public forum.

  I can also send you an email if that is easier.
