I have an unauthorized charge from wpchrg.com on my credit card statement

    Hi, US$D 26,00 was charged into my credit card from wpchrg.com on 25 Oct 2016 and US$D 35,88 on 04 Jan 2017. I didn’t do any subscribe.

    I want to refund these amount. What I need to do?

    Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

    What is the username account and the site URL does this relate to?

    I only have one user and on my credit card statement includes only “WPCHRG.COM”, a large number and the amount of the charge.
    I already tried to use the site (https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/), but it does not find any of my charges, but one I already paid and another came on my credit card statement this month.

    Great, WordPress is stealing me!

    In addition to the INDEVIDA charge of January 4, worth 36 euros. I just saw that now, on January 24, I received two new charges, one in the amount of $ 125.00 and another in $ 15.88! SUCH THAT? AND NOBODY REALLY CAN HELP ME, EVEN THROUGH E-MAIL !?
