I have an unauthorized charge from wpchrg.com on my credit card statement

    I found a 80 euro bill today in my account charged by wordpress. I would like to have a complete refund… i did not want to renew the service and they charged anyways. And, imagining i would like to continue my premium account would stop in october 10th not now…

    Could someone help me please?

    Your WordPress.com Premium plan was set to auto renew. We auto renew upgrades 30 days before the expiration date, to make sure there isn’t an interruption in your service.

    That renewal charge hasn’t gone through, so I cancelled the charge on our end. Your credit card company should release those funds back into your account soon — you can contact them if you have any questions about that.

    Your Premium plan is now set to expire on October 10, 2014.
