  Hello!

  Yes the site URL was jeanniefulbright.com. I moved my website over to squarespace so the URL will direct to a squarespace site. but I still have a lot of data on that site that I am missing.

  Hey there,

  OK, before pointing the site over to Squarespace, where was the domain originally pointing to? Also, what kind of data are you missing?

  It’s important to bare in mind that, Squarespace and WordPress are different pieces of software, so it’s probable somethings wouldn’t be receivable by Squarespace.

  The data was pointing to 1and1 before it was moved to squarespace. The website is still hosted on 1and1 actually. I am actually the one who moved it. I am a software engineer so you can use technical terms if you want, I might be able to understand. I am missing the photo library, some pdfs that were stored on the site, all of the website pages, and any comments there posted on the site. I was able to collect all the blog posts of the site before it got deleted. Thank you so much for helping with this let me know if you need anything else from me.

  Thanks for getting back to me.

  The data was pointing to 1and1 before it was moved to squarespace. The website is still hosted on 1and1 actually.

  To echo @themagicrobot the site wouldn’t be hosted with WordPress.com, so our support is limited.

  If the site is still hosted with 1and1 – in theory, you should be able to return the name servers back to 1and1 and return the site as it was before the domain was moved.

  To check are you looking to migrate the site itself to Squarespace?
