I have another WP site but can only access through GODADDY

  I have another wordpress site BDECmarketing.com.
  I am ONLY able to access through Godaddy. WHY CAN I NOT LOG INTO THAT ACCOUNT ON WORDPRESS??

  That is because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities. You can learn more from here:
