I have been billed and I don't know why

  Hello,

  I have just been billed for £22 and I am unsure as to why. All my sites are on the free plan. Any clarity would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible.

  Looks like you need a staff answer for this.

  So.. I am tagging this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that it gets the staff’s attention.

  I’ll be happy to take a look at this. Unfortunately, there’s not any history of a 22 Euro charge being made to this user account. Do you have more than one WordPress.com account?

  You may be able to find the charge in question by adding the details to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
