I have been billed in paypal and the charge doesnt appear in my history

  Please help. I have unautherised charges on my paypal account that don’t appear in my history. please help urgently.
  Also, is this really the place to contact WP support team? Its the only link i could find to communicate and it seems public which is not ideal.
