  Hi there, it looks like you’ve accidentally posted this a few times, but you mention another site catcarepro.wordpress.com as well.

  If you’ve been charged by WordPress.com for renewal of an upgrade plan, you can see this in your Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases More on billing and such at https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/

  If you don’t see a charge there, you can enter the information in the secure form at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ Do not share that information here on our public forums.

  @biggsyhudson – as @justjennifer indicated, posting multiple requests won’t get you help any sooner.

  Additionally, I looked, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we can help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
