I have been charged a subscription for domain and plan that I am not receiving. My payapl lnked to email (email visible only to moderators and staff) has been charged twice, but I have not received the plan and am still on an old free plan and never was on the upgraded plan, i would like to be reimbursed the funds charged.

If this is the domain in question, it appears that it is registered under a different account than the one you are currently using.
