  Hello I have been charged an amount of AED 68.10 without subscribing to any of your services. Please can you revert as I don’t know who should I contact regarding this.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  You can cancel any charge and get refunded if the request for a refund was done inside refund window which is 1 days for a plan and 96 hours for a domain name.
