I have been charged but don’t have any purchases or subscriptions!!!!!

    Ive been charged 18.39£ and I don’t have a subscription!! I can’t afford this- please can you refund me, and delete my bank details so you don’t charge me again in future! This has happened in the past! I am not subscribed to anything and I’m getting frustrated because you keep taking money from me!!! If you don’t delete my details and refund me, I’m going to make Formal complaint.
