I have been charged but I can’t find the billing information or receipts on my account.

I was charged $326.63 by WordPress F Bxsp on February 28, 2022, but I can’t find any payment records on my account. There is no information under ‘purchases.’

Hey there! I don’t see a recent charge on this account. Can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for?
Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the renewal.

I used the secure form you provided, and I found out that the charges are associated with this website: speakingbrazilian229839890.wpcomstaging.com
However, I still cannot find records of any payments on my account. I need help finding these records, and I would like to cancel the recurring payment to avoid being charged again in the future.
How can I contact billing directly? I can’t find any phone number or support contact, except this page.
