    Can I please have a refund as I don’t want another year subscription and don’t use this site. Please help.

    Hi lululute,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased an upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction details here, an address is the only information I need for now.

    You could also try logging out of lululute and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. There should be an option to cancel your upgrades from the Manage Purchases page in the correct account.
