i have been charged for my annual subscription/i no longer have a site/want refund

I was recently charged on credit card/told to go into my account to manage purchases. Because i no longer have a site, i can’t go into manage purchases. I have 96 hours to cancel to get a refund. I need help to cancel my account/to get refund. How do i do this?

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

Please do read the answer Staff give you earlier at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-have-been-charged-for-my-annual-subscription-i-no-longer-have-a-site-want-refund/#post-3884797. You are logged in to the wrong account! To be eligible for a refund you must proof you are the rightfull owner by logging in to the account owning that domain.
To restore access to the account owning that domain, you can use the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form -

As already said several times: you are logged in to the wrong account. healingartsvictoria doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. stepstowellnesscounselling.ca is connected to another account of yours.

It is attached to email (email visible only to moderators and staff) when i go to stepstowellnesscounselling.wordpress.com it says i don’t have a website anymore. I click on purchases and this is the message that i get.

Hey there, it’s best to log in with the email address associated with the upgrade. You’ll get direct support, be able to manage the upgrade, etc.
If you can’t do that, please go to https://wpchrg.com and use the secure form to find the charge there. Once you’ve found it, you’ll have an option to contact support, and you can ask for a refund & further assistance there.

Also: you asked why we couldn’t just proceed based on you giving us an email address associated with a different account.
We require you log into the the account that owns the upgrade, or if you can’t do that, provide proof that you were charged. And one way to do that is to use the charge finder I mentioned.
Otherwise anyone who has your email address could mess up your site. Thanks for understanding.
