  Hi my card has been charged multiple times and none of the payments were actually successful. Can someone please help me cancel these?

  Hi there!

  I can see the two purchases but neither of those was successful and we didn’t charge you anything. If those charges do not disappear from your statement, I’d suggest contacting your bank directly. They should be able to give you more information.
