I have been completely locked out of my wordpress

  I tried to change my WordPress URL to my new domain but it broke my website and kicked me out without warning. I do not have backups and I do not have access to recovery plugins. I tried to get in touch with a human, but it stopped me as I’m using a free plan. I tried to get a paid plan but it’s not letting me for some reason. Please help, I’ve spent tens of hours on my site and I’m starting to feel quite hopeless.

  The URLs under the free plan are fixed on a default subdomain having .wordpress.com at the end of your custom name (e.g. customname.wordpress.com). To change your domain, you need to upgrade to a paid plan so I am unclear on how your site was broken when trying to change your WordPress URL. Can you please share more details on that? If you recall, what exactly was done? What were you expecting and what actually happened?
  
  Regarding the blog URL you shared, I was unable to find any activity that suggests there was some work done on it. Could you be referring to another blog?
