I have been hacked I can't log in, or change pass word

My account has been hacked. I received a letter from a law suit.
I am trying to edit itI can give you my login and password. All I was trying to do was up date my logo, as my Brokers are getting up set with the old company still on the site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your website is up and running, but it is not hosted here on WordPress.com. You are a using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
If you suspect that your account or your site has been hacked contact GoDaddy which is your hosting provider.
Also, I noticed that you are using an old version of WordPress (3.5.1) which may have security issues. I suggest that you update to the latest version (4.3.1). If you need help updating your WordPress installation ask for support in the WordPress.org forums

Go daddy said it was your site. GRRR Help…I honestly cannot even log in to make changes, it take me to an error page, even when I Change my email. I don’t mind up dating, but I do not want to be the one working on it. I just want to change my LOGO. Who can go in and change the logo, the person who I have had do this before said it hacked?

Your site is not hosted by WordPress.com. These forums are for WordPress.com sites only.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
As I already said you need to ask for help at the WordPress.org forums. They are the ones that will help you.
