  • Hi there,

Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we have no control at all over your admin user account for that site.

The open source WordPress software you’re using doesn’t have two-step authentication built in, so if you’re being asked for a one-time code, it’s a security plugin installed on the site doing that. In that case, you’ll need to contact support for that plugin directly for help with this.

Alternatively, if you log into your account at your hosting provider, you should be able to access the site’s database from there. Then you can disable your 2FA plugin directly in the database, which would allow you to get back into the dashboard again.

You can see instructions how to disable plugins from the database here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus

For more help with this you can also try contacting your hosting provider’s support directly, or you can ask the WordPress.org community, who make the version of WordPress you’re using, for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
