I have been locked out of my account

  This is regarding my other account that I have been locked out of. Once I enter my logins to the account it says it sent an OTP to my phone, but I don’t receive it via text message. I have been kept trying for the past 24hrs to no success.

  I have contacted my phone service provider and verified there is no blocks on their end and neither on my phone.

  Unfortunately I had to create another account to access forums as I cannot access my original account.

  I would appreciate the support.
