I have been locked out of my website and am unsure why?

    and am unsure why? It is still up and running, payments, as far as I am aware, have been taken from my account? I can access my other WordPress site but only view the one at mustbeasign.net through regular internet? Please help me to understand why I have paid but cannot access? Thank you, Johnny

    Hi there, is it possible you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are posting from here in the forums? First log out of this account completely and then try logging in to the other account with either the username or email address you used to register that account.

    If you don’t remember the password for that account and still have access to the email account, you can reset your password or send yourself a one-time log in from the WPcom log in page.

    If you don’t have access to the email account, you’ll need to recover the account following our guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
