i have been sent an email asking me to renew domain mapping but i cant seem to workoust how to do it

    I am trying to renew my domain mapping. I have already asked for help on this but when I get sent the links, I don’t understand what to do.

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. What is the domain name? There isn’t any subscription under this account.

    To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
