  I have been trying to buy the domain Dusttodivine.ca for 2 days now and it keeps saying my card is declined. It is a visa and has more than enough funds on it. I have tried multiple times.

  I can see the above domain is already purchased on 2021-11-26 https://www.whois.com/whois/dusttodivine.ca from the registrar Tucows.com Co.
