  I have been trying to complete my application to public status but it won’t accept my post code which is correct please help

  What is the country and postal code you’re trying to enter?

  Can you try this solution suggested by a staff?

  We have had issues with postal codes, so I would suggest trying a combination of adding/taking away a space between the two codes (XXX XXXX / XXXXXXX) or with lowercase letters (xxx xxxx). Also, we found that trying in a different browser helps. I’ve noticed that most people who have trouble with the postal code has success when trying a different browser

  Hi there,

  Please make sure your post code is all in uppercase letters.

  There is also a bug where the form sometimes removes the space in the code when you type it. Should that happen, position the cursor between the 7 and the 9 and just add the space back in. Then it shouldn’t be stripped out again.
