    Hi there!

    Sure thing, we’ll be happy to help! Is hlestimating.com the domain you’re trying to transfer in? If so, it seems that you need to privacy settings at GoDaddy’s side for the transfer to work.

    We’ve seen this issue a few times already, it seems that the process on GoDaddy has changed and it’s just not easy to find out what needs to be done. When you get to the Privacy Settings for your domain, you’ll need to click Remove Domains by Proxy (it should be at the bottom of the settings). This will cancel the privacy, and the transfer should be smooth :)
