I have billing problem but there is no response from customer service

I reached out to WordPress to dispute my charge back in Monday. I bought the starter plan for three years and canceled within an hour. I paid $106.92 but only received a $94.92 refund, though WordPress had 14 day money back guarantee.
Could you please respond to me ASAP? Chat through email will also be great.

Hello! The $12 difference between the transaction amount and the refund was for a domain transfer which I see was not used, so I’ve issued a refund for this amount. Thanks for getting in touch with us!

Hi! I found that the $12 difference was not refunded due to a temporal issue on our end so I’ve issued it for you. You can check the refund record in https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
Just note that you made the same purchase (the three-year Starter plan) on the same day after you canceled your initial purchase so your site is still on the Starter plan.

However, I was charged $106.92 for twice (on 6/17 and 6/18), and an additional $12 (on 6/17). I would like to know what happened with my separate $12 charge. It doesn’t even show up in my billing history https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

The additional charge $12 must be showing in your card statement temporarily given that $12 hadn’t been refunded until yesterday. I’d recommend giving it some time so it should be offset with the recent refund of $12.
If it doesn’t disappear even after a week or so, you can check this with your card issuer.
