I have broken my comments page…

  I have been making my own theme based on the Shape theme, basically I have used that as a template and modified the design to suit my site.

  Somewhere along the lines I have totally broken my comments page… when clicked it just does nothing or reloads the existing page.

  I have not touched the comments functions they can be viewed here: http://pastebin.com/qkHnbdSQ

  And the site in question is http://ubuntuhowto.org

  Can anyone see what I have messed up?
