  If you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered many free hosted WordPress.com blog you can purchase upgrades for it here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  I’m logged in as an administrator, I purchased the premium while I was logged in, but the problem is that on my credit card is the payment from wordpress.com but in addition to not receive any proof of purchase in addition to not find anything in the store part.

  I’m sorry this isn’t going well for you. Your Billing History page where you can print out your receipt ought to be here > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and ought to be available to you provided you are logged in as Admin under the same account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade.
