I have cancelled an upgrade but have only been refunded £63 not £85

Hi I have cancelled an upgrade and a domain as I believed I would be billed every month not in 1 payment as happened but have only been partially refunded and am not sure if the domain purchase has been fully cancelled also – your site is not clear as to what will be charged it states subscriptions of £7 per month but then bills in full this is very misleading – can you please refund me in full and confirm the website domain purchase has been cancelled – if I can pay monthly I would happily buy the upgrade – please advise

Hi @shelleypenn, it looks like it kept funds for the domain thinking you were keeping it, but I’ve refunded those for you.
We say “per month, billed yearly” to help avoid any confusion. If the page you purchased from did not say this, please send us a link so we can correct it. Thanks!
