    I have cancelled my subscription. please when will i get my money back. Also i have cancelled everything including the domain registration, so i expect to get a refund of all my money. When can i get the refund?

    Hi there,

    How will you refund my payment?

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    I will add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can take a look at the refund status for you.

    I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

    I have not received full refund. I only received the first half of the money. Can you please check for me.

    The full refund was issued, but the domain portion was issued a few days later so it is probably still being processed by your bank.

    You can see receipts for both refunds in your billing history page:

    You can follow up with your bank using the transaction ID that appears in the receipt for the second refund.
