  I have canceled the domain from you so I can purchase it from another service. When you guys will release that parked domain from your registrar?

  Hi! When you cancel a new domain it will go into holding for a bit. I think registrars just do that to be sure people don’t cancel accidentally, only to have their name bought up by someone else.

  We have a few options:

  Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider.

  Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice for the domain. Once it’s restored, you will be able to use it with a monthly plan here, or you can point it to another host and transfer after 60 days.

  Purchase an Annual Plan: To host your site here after all, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

  I’m guessing waiting a few more days would work best for you, but if you’d like to-re buy the domain here so you can access it faster, you will be able to point it to your new host and transfer it later. Let us know how we can help.

  Okay, please repurchase the domain here and I will attach my host to it. Send the invoice and revert back the domain to my account. How much time that would take?
