I have change the URL in the general setting and now my account is destroyed!

  I have change the URL in the general setting and now my account is destroyed! I can not log in and also do not have the normal view of the word press log in site. Please help me :(

  in settings –> generally there is my wordPress URL http://www.crowdbookings.de
  and just want to change the first site people see so I have change the URL as follow: http://www.crowdbookings.de/home
  after that I got a error and everything is away :(
