I have chosen Resonar but how can I have a "right" sidebar?

  I have chosen the Resonar theme for my blog kukuliperuviancuisines.com for a tentative start — only thing is that for many particular and personal reasons I would like to have a “right” sidebar. How do I do this? Please forgive my ignorance but I don’t know if sidebars should be looked under widgets or short codes or whatever… Pls. help !

  Sidebars are always built into the theme. Resonar has a widget area hidden in the top menu, but doesn’t include a sidebar.

  If a sidebar is important for your site, you’ll want to switch to one of these themes:
