  If you mean find with a search engine, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a new site to be fully indexed by search engines and that is if you have something worth indexing.

  Send the direct link to folks and keep adding Posts (Posts search better than Pages)

  http://janeeltblog.wordpress.com/ is on the internet. It’s not on search engines because it’s too new; it takes up to seven weeks to get indexed by search engines. To be indexed faster, blog frequently making posts instead of pages, and use tags, categories, and keywords appropriately.
