  Yes. You can use the domain here at WordPress.com by purchasing a Personal plan or higher. Then you can map or transfer your domain to a WordPress.com site.

  Then a Personal plan should be sufficient if you don’t need custom CSS and the extra choice of themes etc provided by a Premium plan.
