I have doubt with my payment methods (PayPal and Stripe)

  When someone trying to pay through Stripe the display shows an error, says (‘Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. please retry later’) and there are currently no sales on this site, that’s why I have a doubt with PayPal payment method also, kindly help me fix this issue.
