    I installed jet pack and other plugins last month and all my data is gone and this new data has replaced it . I need my WordPress website rolled back to prior to installing jet pack . That would be to February 1st . I am unable to do this as all the content that is displaying is not ours and I have no idea where it came from

    The trouble you are having does not sound related to either of these sites, as neither of them use plugins.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
