I have exceeded my resources available – want to delete plugin cannot
-
Good morning, Last night I installed updraft plus in order to back up my website. Well, when I installed the plugin and had it back up the website it exceeded the resources met by the website and the whole wordpress admin page and website shutdown. I tried to go into my plugins in order to delete the plugin which caused the issue and it wont even let me access the plugins. I understand that I can upgrade my website to more storage, but I just want to undo what I did and then do something different WITHOUT having to upgrade. Could you help me un install that plugin?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
