I have failed to login with new dns manager password, how can I correct this?

I have attempted to move a domain name to a new registrar. I created a password, copied the customer number (64201650) but failed to make the new login work. I then repeated the process but continued to fail to login. This was to be the first step in transferring this site (http://banealcane.org/) from .com to self hosting WordPress installation.

And you created a password as listed in the instructions? What exactly happens when you try to login? Are you seeing an error message of some sort?
