  I have two problems: (1) My ‘categories’ have suddenly jumped from my blog header to the right sidebar. Please help me restore them to their original place — the header. (2) I want to place an image of my new book in the right sidebar with a ‘buy now’ button provided by my publisher, Lulu Press. How do I do that?
