I have free plan, my page is ready, want to publish to my own domain

  Hi! Please help, what is the easiest way to publish my site to my own domain? Can i do that without premium? Because when i go to domains > add domain > I have my own domain > mydomain.hu > WP says they cant transer, but map, so okay, and then it says it will be almost 100$ . Can I do that without premium, i mean i only want to pay for the basic wordpress (~$3 / month) Thanks!
