  We have no control over where(search rank) and when your site will be available on Search Engine results. By default WordPress.com sites are very search engine friendly. So there are no additional steps needed from your side in order to add the site to the search engine page results. The only thing to do from your side would be to make sure that your site is Public under your Privacy Settings so that it can be indexed by Google and other search engines.

  Also make sure that you publish contents(posts) on your site so that it can be indexed by Google. WordPress.com automatically sends a notification to Google for every post and page update. It can take upto 4-6 weeks for Google and other search engines to crawl your site for updated information.

  You can also register your site on Google: https://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/ to make this process a bit faster but it is not mandatory.
