I have installed jetpack and posted a notice but how can I move subscribers?

  I’m just trying to figure out how to move my subscribers from a wordpress.com (downtownfw.wordpress.com) to my new wordpress.org (theurbaninsider.com) site. I have installed jetpack and posted a notice per ins instructions, I just need help moving them. Thanks!

  If you’ve gone through all the steps in Moving Subscribers, then Staff can make the final transfer for you. I’ve tagged this thread for staff attention, and someone should update you soon.

  Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

  You might think about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at downtownfw.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.
