I have invited a user from another wp blog, and his account isn’t recognized when I type it in, or even copy and paste it directly from his other blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

leadzoom. He also established a second account just to try to get on, and it was not recognized, either.

That has also happened to me a lot, they have given you the wrong name, you need the wordpress username found in personal settings.

Did he receive an invitation and did he accept it? -
It is…he did receive the invitation, responded, and was not allowed in. He’s an active blogger, and neither of us are necessarily new to this…thanks for your help.

Hi there – I see the user leadzoom as an administrator on your site and he should be able to log in here:

If he’s not, could you please let me know exactly what error message he gets when trying to log in (if any), and possibly upload a screenshot of what he sees at that point, to help in troubleshooting?

You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then post a link so I can see it.
