  I have lost access to all my other blogs and websites which were connected to this account. Pls help

  Hi there,

  What is the site you are trying to access? I see only https://thorstenedu.wordpress.com/ when I look at your @thorstenedu account in our system.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Hi,

  I am trying to access my sites:

  mitaroygoahotel.com
  mitaroyhotels.com
  profmihirnayak.com
  drmihirnayak.com
  mitaroyakademie.wordpress.com

  They all used to be linked to this account on WordPress.com.

  The old username used to be mitaroygoahotel

  Now I cannot access any of the sites

  You must log out from current thorstenedu and log in again as mitaroygoahotel. If you don’t remember your password, you can very easily restore access as you have a paid plan at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Hi there,

  None of those sites have ever been associated with the thorstenedu account you’re using to post here.

  Those sites belong to a completely different username account, as @staartmees indicated above.

  Hi,

  It says the mitaroygoahotel does not exist anymore and has been deleted.

  How can this be possible when all the sites and blogs are linked to that?

  Can someone please help?

  The sites you are trying to access were not owned by the (now deleted) user account mitaroygoahotel. You have a different account that you need to access. Here are some resources that may help you do that.

  Hi

  I am sure that at one point of time mitaroygoahotel was connected to the mentioned accounts.

  Would it be possible to send a password recovery email to the email of the account in question? If it is mine (which it is), I will have access to the email address (I do not recall which email I used) and I can reset the password
