I have lost access to my account

    I built a wordpress blog that is still accessible on the internet- by typing in

    spiraling.blog

    Today I wanted to edit it and my saved password did not work.
    When I typed in my e-mail address and requested password reset I got a message saying there was no account related to that e-mail address. I tried an alternative e-mail address and got the same message. I am at a loss. Can you please help me get back into my account? It is because I missed a payment? My phone number is [redacted]. My e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). My alternative e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there,

    If the email recovery doesn’t work you can provide us a transaction ID as a proof of ownership since you have purchased an upgrade.

    Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement or your PayPal account:

    View Your Billing History

    and then send it to us through this form:
