I have lost access to my website Heanorrams

  My log in has changed from heanorrams to heanorrams2017. I went yo site>manage.>domains.>wordpresschange. to find heanorrams reserved. The website acess from google via Heanor Rams is alive yet I cannot access it from my side to build on it Please can you get it back . My (email visible only to moderators and staff) + password sends me to a new site Heanorrams2017

  Log out from current heanorrams2017 and log in again as heanorrams. If you no longer know your password, you’ll see a link to reset your password.
