I have lost access to the email associated with this account

  I created this blog 10 years ago during my college days at London College of Fashion. I have tried to log in but have forgotten my email associated with this account. My guess is I have created it with my university email, which I have lost access to since I have left LCF. I wish to recover my account for quality control. Is there any way to prove my authenticity that this is indeed my blog but have lost my access to the email associated with this blog to recover my account? Many thanks
