  I have lost my followers etc email lists can you please assist ?

  Can you tell us more about what you mean by you’ve lost followers/email lists? I checked your site and I can see that it still has followers (both WordPress.com followers and email subscribers).

  Please tell us more about the issue you’re facing and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

  Hi aisajib many thanks for your reply. I go into the site but I cannot locate the followers and email subscribers. Please what am I not doing/doing wrong. I am the administrator of the site. Many thanks in anticipation. Graeme.

  Hi there!

  Sure! To see the followers’ list, please click My Site → Stats → Insights. Scroll down a little bit and locate the “Followers Total” section on the right side. See this screenshot:

  

  You can click “WordPress.com” to see the WordPress.com followers or click “Email” to see the email followers of your site.
